Our Story

Monterai moved back to Mooresville, her hometown, after graduate school to start her first full-time job. She quickly realized that Legend had separation anxiety and was in need of someone coming by to see him and Angel during lunch time.She booked a pet sitter and quickly realized that her sitter had the ideal job. Monterai started pet sitting as a second job in 2018 to help pay to provide excellent care for her own personal pets.

After two years of pet sitting and growing her clientele Monterai decided to try and grow her passion into a full-time business. In 2020 Legendary Dogs was born. Now Monterai is working towards filling her days with the pure happiness that comes from loving on all of these fur babies that her clients entrust her with.
